Shade Net Manufacturer for Agricultural and Outdoor Shading Solutions
ZNY Agri manufactures HDPE shade nets for agricultural importers, greenhouse suppliers, farm distributors, nursery projects and commercial shading applications. Our range includes monofilament shade net, tape shade net and customized knitted shade cloth with 30–95% shading rates. Common specifications include 1–20 m widths and approximately 0.12–0.35 mm thickness, with custom roll lengths, colors and packaging available for suitable orders. UV stabilization, fabric weight, yarn structure, ventilation and tensile performance can be matched to crop, climate, installation method and expected outdoor service life. OEM and ODM support covers structure, shade rate, dimensions, color, edge finishing and private-label packaging.
SHADE NET SOLUTIONS
Shade net, also called sun shade net or agricultural shade cloth, is a breathable HDPE covering designed to reduce solar radiation and heat while allowing air to circulate through the protected area. Monofilament structures provide dimensional stability and a cleaner yarn profile, while tape-yarn nets are widely used for economical agricultural and commercial shading. Buyers should compare shade rate, fabric weight, yarn structure, width, tensile strength, tear resistance, ventilation and UV service life. A higher shade percentage does not automatically mean better crop protection, because excessive light reduction can limit photosynthesis and increase humidity in poorly ventilated structures.
SHADE NET MANUFACTURING
Production begins with HDPE resin blended with UV stabilizers, antioxidants and color masterbatch according to the required climate and service life. The material is extruded and drawn into monofilament yarn or flat tape yarn, then knitted or woven into the specified shade structure. The net is heat-set to improve dimensional stability before width, shade rate, surface appearance and edge quality are checked. Cutting, reinforced edging, eyelets, folding, rolling and packaging are completed according to the order. Process control focuses on yarn consistency, fabric weight, shade-rate accuracy, tensile performance, tear resistance, ventilation, width and UV-weathering stability.
APPLICATION SOLUTIONS
Suitable for tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, leafy vegetables and other protected crops that need lower heat load and reduced sun stress. Shade rate should be matched to crop light requirements, season, greenhouse ventilation and local temperature.
Provides controlled light reduction for flowers, ornamental plants, seedlings and propagation areas. Lower or medium shade rates can be selected where soft light is needed without excessively limiting plant growth or increasing humidity.
Used above fruit trees, vineyards and berry crops to reduce sunburn risk and heat exposure. Wider rolls, stronger yarn structures and UV-stabilized formulations can be customized for larger spans, wind conditions and long-term outdoor installation.
Suitable for fish ponds, poultry areas and livestock shelters where reduced solar exposure and improved environmental comfort are required. Shade percentage, airflow, width and structural strength should be matched to the enclosure and climate
Designed for parking structures, building sites, gardens, patios and other outdoor applications requiring shading, wind reduction or dust control. Reinforced edges, eyelets, custom colors and project-specific dimensions can be supplied for installation needs
BUYER FEEDBACK
The recommendation considered our crop, local temperature, greenhouse ventilation and required shade percentage instead of simply offering the darkest net. The sample helped us compare airflow, yarn stability and actual shading before ordering.
Middle Eastern Market
We needed several shading rates, widths and colors for agricultural and outdoor customers. The OEM process made the specifications easier to separate and improved the roll labels for our distributor network.
European Market
The team explained the practical difference between monofilament and tape-yarn shade nets and how UV stabilization affects service life. That guidance helped us select a stronger structure for a commercial nursery project.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What types of drip irrigation tape and dripline do you manufacture?
We manufacture flat drip tape, labyrinth drip tape, anti-clog drip irrigation configurations and cylindrical dripline. Flat drip tape uses inserted emitters and is widely selected for greenhouse, vegetable and field irrigation because it can provide controlled emitter spacing and stable flow. Labyrinth tape forms the flow channel directly in the tape wall and is commonly used for economical seasonal irrigation. Cylindrical dripline uses a thicker pipe structure and is more suitable for orchards, vineyards and longer-term systems. The appropriate type depends on crop cycle, line length, water quality, filtration, working pressure, terrain and expected service life.
What diameter, wall thickness, emitter spacing and flow rate can I order?
Common diameters range from 12 to 22 mm, with 16 mm being a widely used specification. Wall thickness commonly ranges from 0.15 to 0.6 mm. Typical emitter spacing options include 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 cm, while common flow rates range from 1 to 8 L/h. Working pressures can include approximately 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.5 bar depending on the product structure. The correct combination should be selected according to crop spacing, soil infiltration, field length, water demand, installation method and whether the product is intended for one season or multiple years.
How do I reduce clogging and uneven water flow?
Anti-clogging performance depends on the emitter flow-path design, water quality, filtration, operating pressure, line length and system maintenance. A wider or self-cleaning flow channel can improve resistance to particles, but it cannot replace correct filtration. Buyers should confirm the water source, sediment level, fertilizer use and required flushing method before selecting a tape. Flow uniformity also depends on pressure stability and the relationship between line length, diameter, emitter spacing and flow rate. A product with an unsuitable specification can still irrigate unevenly even when the tape itself is manufactured correctly.
How is drip irrigation tape quality evaluated?
Important quality checks include PE raw-material consistency, wall-thickness uniformity, diameter, emitter spacing, outlet formation, nominal flow rate, flow variation, pressure resistance, tensile behavior, leakage, winding quality and UV-weathering performance. ISO 9261 is a key reference for emitters and emitting pipe performance, including flow and pressure characteristics. Other references may include ISO 9644 for pressure-loss testing, ISO 8796 for pressure behavior, ASTM D2241 or ASTM D2412 for pipe-related performance, and ISO 4892 or ASTM G154 for accelerated weathering. The final inspection plan should match the product structure and buyer requirements.
Do you provide OEM, ODM, samples and private-label packaging?
Yes. OEM and ODM services can cover tape or dripline structure, diameter, wall thickness, emitter spacing, flow rate, working pressure, UV stabilization, color, roll length, labels, PE wrapping, cartons and pallet packaging. Samples can be arranged so buyers can review dimensions, flexibility, emitter placement, flow behavior, winding and packaging before placing a formal order. Sample availability, minimum order quantity and production time depend on the selected structure, tooling, emitter specification, roll length and packaging. These details are confirmed during quotation so each proposal reflects the actual irrigation application rather than a generic product description.
